Tasting Notes
Alcohol by volume: 5.4%
Appearance: A hazy golden
yellow color with a slight orange hue. The head is very white
and dissolves quickly to a sheet on the surface of the beer. A
few spots of lace are found on the glass.
Aroma: The aroma is mostly
spicy with coriander, orange peel and yeasty esters.
Taste: A light spicy tastes of
coriander and some orange citrus mixed in. A bit sour as well which causes some saliva to flow onto the
tongue.
Summary: This is Danielle's favorite
summer time beer. It is very drinkable, however I remember it
having a much richer flavor before Coors bought out Blue Moon..
