The chicken
and ribs were rubbed with a
family secret recipe of
spices and smoked in a smoker for a minimum of 3 hours. Afterwards
a homemade BBQ sauce was applied to the chicken
as it was grilled. Once the
ribs were removed from the
smoker, they were cut for
serving. Combined with the appetizers and cole slaw this BBQ was
fantastic!
