The Tripyramid is one of the easiest and hardest hikes me and Danielle ever did. It was an easy walk up a fire road to the trailhead, but once we hit the north slide it became the most difficult trail we ever hiked. |
The
slide goes almost vertical in places and is a combination of lose rock and
rock slabs. We took our time negotiating the safest route up to avoid
sliding backwards. I would not recommend this trail to anyone afraid of
hights. |

The day we hiked the Tripyramid was hot and sunny. Although we had a tough time getting up the slide we were treated to some splendid views. |
