Camel's Hump

Hiked on: Sept. 28, 1996
(Danielle and Tim - Total Distance: 10 miles)

The Camel's Hump is the only mountain in Vermont over 4,000 feet that is not home to a ski resort.  This is evident with the difficulty in trying to find the Forestry Trail, which we eventually did after driving around for over an hour.

After a 5 mile hike to the top, on a relatively easy trail, we were greeted by very strong winds and cloudy views.  Well, at least it wasn't raining!!
