Green Chili with Pulled Pork Ingredients: - 1 15.5 oz. can white northern beans, drained - 1 15.5 oz. can chick peas (garbanzo beans), drained - 1 7 oz. can green chili’s - 1 seasoning package Old El Paso Chili - 1 red onion, chopped - 1 green pepper, chopped - 4 stocks of celery, chopped - 1 to 2 pound boneless pork rib roast - 1 19 oz. can green enchilada sauce Preparation: Combine all ingredients in a crock pot. Cook on low setting for 8 to 10 hours. Remove pork and shred with a fork. Return to pot. Serve with sour cream and cheddar cheese.
