Adobe Turkey Ingredients: - 12 to 14 pound Turkey breast - 8 to 10 sage leaves - 1/3 cup butter, melted - 1 teaspoon chili powder - 1 teaspoon cumin - 1 or 2 chilies in adobo sauce, finely chopped Preparation: Place sage leaves under skin of Turkey breast. Mix together melted butter, chili butter, cumin, and chopped chilies. Brush mixture onto Turkey. Bake uncovered at 350 F 25 to 30 minutes per pound.
